Our hitting lessons deliver personalized coaching for each player ensuring there are sound fundamentals and an understanding of the swing when the lessons are complete. Swing path, barrel awareness, sequence, and approach are all addressed in our lessons. HitTrax data will be available as well at the completion of the lessons.
