Throwfaster program coming in February

We are excited to introduce our newest program – ThrowFaster. We are taking our same commitment to personalized training protocols and applying that to our pitching development program. The program will run for 9 weeks beginning in February.

Training Features

  • Assess and improve mobility & strength issues that are limiting throwing performance
  • Teach efficient throwing movements
  • Assess each athlete’s pitch profiles and help them understand/improve the shape and movement of those pitches
  • Teach effective post throwing recovery protocols
  • Use of YakkerTech radar system to aid in pitch design and programming

9-Week Program Goals

  • Learn to move your body more efficiently and increase velocity
  • Tunnel pitches more effectively
  • Learn proper arm care and recovery techniques
  • On ramp for the upcoming high school season
