We are excited to introduce our newest program – ThrowFaster. We are taking our same commitment to personalized training protocols and applying that to our pitching development program. The program will run for 9 weeks beginning in February.

Assess and improve mobility & strength issues that are limiting throwing performance

Assess each athlete’s pitch profiles and help them understand/improve the shape and movement of those pitches
